Volunteering-Officialling

THE CLUB IS ONLY AS STRONG AS ITS MEMBERS!!

Ashmore BMX is made up of a group of volunteers who perform all aspects of the club operations including developing and maintaining the track precinct.

The Club is always looking for assistance in all areas of the successful operation of the club including track preparation.

If you can volunteer in any way or at any time then please let either one of the committee members or other volunteers know at any time.

Officials are required to operate the club and there are minimum requirements of Officials to be in place in order for the club to operate. See the committee regarding becoming an official.

The Club in association with the regional bodies will coordinate official’s courses for any members interested in becoming an official.

It is also important but not a requirement (if you have kids on the sport) to get your “working with children” BLUE CARD.

In recent times you must become an official in order to assist in operating the club. You can do the initial course online directly which can be accessed through the following LEVEL 1 Officiating Course.
